Some Great Games For The iPhone/iPod Part 3

There is no doubt that the iOS is a great handheld gaming device. There are lots of games out there for it, but... which ones are the best? This is what this series is all about, so hang on tight and let's download some games! (Some games are free and some are not.)

Part 2 can be found here: http://v-g-r.blogspot.com/2011/07/some-great-games-for-iphoneipod-part-2.html

Tiny Tower - A kind of cute tycoon, strategy game where you run a tower, and manage all your tenants.

Mirror's Edge - A beautiful platformer based on the console version, but it is not a direct port.

Ash - A fun little old-school style JRPG. Quite fun on the go and the graphics are a beauty to behold, even if I know where they come from!

Spongebob Diner Dash - If you love the original Diner Dash, and you love Spongebob Squarepants, this will be a blast! This game is especially great for kids.

GTA: Chinatown Wars - Same GTA action, just stuffed on a handheld. This is a port of the DS version.

Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4 - A port of the DS version but with improved graphics. In summary, it is a great game!

Plants Vs. Zombies - Play the popular strategy game with zombies and plants, made by the creators of Bejeweled.

Call Of Duty: Zombies - A fun little zombie shooter based on the Nazi Zombies mode in the Call Of Duty games.

Monkey Island 2: Special Edition: LeChuck's Revenge - Play the critically acclaimed and comical adventure game on your iPod with improved graphics.

Puzzle Quest 2 - What happens when Bejeweled and RPGs collide? You get Puzzle Quest games. This game is a sequel to the classic original.

I may continue this series into the future, but for now, enjoy your new games!
